Jason James Grogg, a male adult from Indiana, United States of America (USA), along with two members of his family are presently in police custody assisting with an ongoing investigation of trafficking unlicensed firearms and ammunition into Dominica. According to Police Inspector Fixton Henderson, on Monday, April 17, 2023, members of the Anti-Crime Task Force of the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force (CDPF), along with the investigation unit of the Customs and Excise Division, executed a search warrant on a certain premise at Belfast, where Grogg resides.
“During the search one 9mm Glock pistol along with a quantity of 9mm and 20mm ammunition among other items were seized for investigations,” Henderson reported. He continued, “Also a 40-foot storage container, which was in the possession of Jason Grogg and stored on the compound of a church in Mahaut was seized and searched.”
The Police Inspector further disclosed that during the search, four M16 magazines, each containing 30 rounds of ammunition, as well as 17 20-gauge ammunition were recovered and seized for investigations. “ Jason James Grogg and two other members of his family were arrested on suspicion of trafficking in unlicensed firearms and ammunition. Investigation is ongoing,” Henderson stated.
Prior to Grogg’s arrest, Feed My Sheep (FMS), an organization with which he was affiliated, severed ties with him. The Youth and Crisis Center which is located in Mahaut has been established for over 30 years providing holistic aid to those in need. “We, the Board of Directors of Feed My Sheep (FMS), would like to make a public statement regarding a USA visitor, named Jason Grogg. Mr. Grogg came to Dominica from the USA and offered his services as a volunteer at our organization, as many visitors have done in the past,” the FMS Board of Directors wrote in a public statement.
“However, due to his recent abusive and fraudulent behavior towards our organization and members, we need to let the public know that we have disassociated ourselves from him.”
The organization directors further declared that Grogg has never been given any official position at FMS, nor does he speak on their behalf in any capacity. “He is not the Director of FMS. He is not a board member nor manager. He is not a “missionary” of FMS. He has no power of attorney, to sign any documents for, or on, FMS’s behalf.”
“He has no authority from us, to collect any financial donations for FMS. He has no permission, from us, to clear items from the port nor pick up donations on behalf of FMS. We are not responsible for his conduct or how he may choose to represent himself to the public,” they averred. Following their disaffiliation with Grogg, FMS Directors stated that a report was made to the “appropriate authorities” pursuant to their attempts in ensuring that their organization is not misrepresented or taken advantage of in the future.
In response to the public notice by FMS of disassociation, Grogg issued a statement that he dubbed, “The Truth and Feed My Sheep”. “The fact that we live in relativistic times, means we no longer respect the authority of argument. We do not seek to prove things, but rather to score cheap points, as Feed My Sheep (FMS) has tried to do,” he posited.
“In this kind of scenario, it would be frightfully easy for me to score points. It would be easy to slam dunk on FMS. However, I operate by a standard; I seek the wisdom of Scripture and the will of the Heavenly Father. So if you are looking for a juicy tidbit about FMS, stop reading… It’s not here. There is no need for me to slander or malign what they are. Their actions against me speak more clearly than I ever could.”
The USA national accused the organization of using the name of God for financial gain. “A deception is an act of war, and the same distinctions that we make between murder and killing must be made between lying and lawful deception. The sinful forms of deception are those which introduce a state of civil war and animosity into communities that ought to be at peace.”
“…Feed My Sheep’s willfulness, stubbornness, and all the real problems come when they (for personal reasons) refuse to extend biblical principles. Instead, they chose to defame me publicly by using “media releases.” That is an act of a coward or in this case, a coward.”
Adding, “A number of people have been industriously trying to build up a cottage industry (maybe they are looking for government funding) by accusing me of various kinds of nefarious business, and included in my alleged skullduggery is lying. Now, when these people accuse me of lying, are they lying? I say they are, but I will let you decide.”
According to Grogg, based on his close interaction with FMS for the past 15 months, the organization will “not survive an audit.”
“Something I will be calling for in the legal arena. They are wanting to take hold of the spotlight and shine it on me. Thank you for handing me the stage, and pushing my name out in a way that I could never have done on my own. To that, I say: To the Glory of God! Let this be a witness to all those who wish to choose chaos over Christ.”
He vowed to create a website to publish all evidence of alleged misconduct by FMS including documents, videos, and chats, “that will allow everyone to see the sins of FMS.”

FEED MY SHEEP. In the gospel of John 21: 15-17 Jesus commanded Peter to feed His sheep. Here at this church in Mahaut, what Jesus said is being misapplied. The sheep of Jesus Christ are His Followers. Not the world at large. There is a vast distinction between Sheep and Goats. In the church at Mahaut they cook every Saturday (mostly) and feed people. Those who are being fed and those drunks, those who are high on drugs, and of course the down and out who are not followers of Christ. This is being done, (in my view) as a coverup to solicit donations and support from those who are able. Take a trip to that (FMS) church on Campbell Rd on a Saturday and you’ll see for yourself. I’m not against feeding everybody. But don’t use scriptures in the wrong way to purport your purpose for doing this. Jesus says, “ Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God” Matthew 4:4. Our deeds catches up with us sooner or later. An investigation is needed at FMS

Feed My Sheep (FMS) is doing a good job by washing the Shepherd’s hand like Pilate. But some in-depth investigation needs to be done at this church.
Such organizations seems to seek help from whoever will. But FMS is “Supposed” to be a Christian organization that preach the gospel for the saving of lost souls, and should have known better than allowing such characters to infiltrate the “so-called” church in such a dangerous way. Feed My Sheep needs to be fully investigated. There are many people living in that church building like a monastery and it would a significant amount of funds to house and feed these people. Hence, FMS could be of easy access to criminals entering our country as missionaries. The government may somewhat hesitant to crackdown on this “so-call” church because the church’s pillars are heavy labor supporters. So if you for labor you can do all these crazy things.
Give him and others like him the exact same treatment (jail and subsequent deportation) given to Caribbean nationals who perform similar transgressions in the US.

I do not know why he had these items but I do know that they were not and are not for evil intentions.
