For the past 6 years the Venezuelan Embassy has celebrated mother’s day with the mothers at the Dominica Infirmary and given them some happy moments with the cuatro group and the dancers
And for the first time the Venezuelan ambassador, Hayden Pirela, went to different communities and handed out 50 food baskets to mothers.

I wonder if they went to the Simon Bolivar Housing Scheme in Stock Farm next to the prison.
It was inaugurated in 1987 by a former Veneuelan President not Chavez.
