In the 11th minute, Vincent Joseph of Bombers FC received a yellow card, followed by Ursha George in the 12th minute. The discipline continued in the 19th minute when Richardo Leblanc was shown a yellow card. Later that same minute, Vincent Joseph received a second yellow card, resulting in a red card and leaving Bombers FC with ten players on the field.
Despite being a player short, the Bombers pressed forward and kept up their offensive efforts. Marigot United responded with a goal from Stephan Martin in the 26th minute, reducing the deficit to 2–1 as the teams headed into halftime.
Just before the break, Devon George scored his second goal of the match in stoppage time (45+ minutes), restoring the Bombers’ two-goal advantage at 3–1.
The second half saw Marigot United mount a strong comeback. Beron Abraham scored in the 55th minute, followed by Raheem Bazil converting a penalty in the 61st minute, bringing the score to 3–3. Both sides continued to push for a winning goal in the final minutes, but the match concluded with the score tied, providing an exciting start to the tournament.
