Tourism Minister Denise Charles has said that Nigerian Gospel musician Osinachi Egbu, popularly known as Sinach will assist Dominica in further advancing its sustainable tourism platform.
Sinach was appointed by the Government of Dominica as the country’s global ambassador.
The Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica presented the award of Global Ambassadorship to Sinach on February 9, 2023.
“Sinach will assist us to further advance Dominica’s sustainable tourism platform which invites visitors to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Nature Island, while being respectful of our efforts to protect our natural assets,” Charles said during an interview with State-Owned Radio DBS.
According to her, Sinach has over the years formed a close bond with Dominica which makes her the perfect fit for this new role.
“She first visited Dominica in 2018 after Hurricane Maria and hosted a national gospel concert to bring hope to our affected population,” Charles stated.
She continued, “While on island she visited the state prison and Dominica infirmary where she connected, prayed, and worshiped with residents.”
Furthermore, Charles indicated that having fallen in love with Dominica, Sinach returned in 2022 with friends and family to celebrate her milestone 50th Birthday.
She described Sinach as one of the most popular gospel artistes in Africa, ”and the first gospel singer from Africa to win the song of the year at the Dove Awards. And also the first to top the billboard Christian songwriter chart for 12 weeks in a row.”
Charles went on to state that with millions of followers on social media Sinach is also named one of the top hundred most reputable persons on earth by Reputation Poll International, “and the top female artiste of the decade by the Bethlehem Hall of Fame.”
“With such an impressive resume we are honored that she has accepted this important role as Dominica’s Global Ambassador,” she said
She is only popular with Skerrit, Gucci, the Cabal and those dunce DLP supporters.

Well to be honest what celebrity do you know that is from Dominica? while she is absolutely the wrong person, unless you only want to attract rich Africans, the goal is to use someone of popularity, like how Antigua used Robert Dinero, to attract other investors or even just attention to the country. Born in Nigeria; Osinachi Kalu Egbu Joseph on the 30th day of March 1973; we do not know of her educational background, we don’t know if she had any formal education secondary, or elementary.
We are only aware that she was a worship leader as her biography states for a period of thirty (30) years.
Now 2023 – 1973 = 50 years old, so within that period of fifty years apart from been a songwriter, and lead worshiper of what we don’t know what her educational background is?

Since Sustainable tourism means an environmental program that takes full account of its current and future economic, social and environmental impacts, when addressing the needs of visitors, industry, the environment ect, ect.
One would hope that this so called worshiper has a trained background that this Dominica no nothing politician may believe the worshiper has and is going to use to “assist Dominica in further advancing its sustainable tourism platform.”
Sustainable means able to be maintained at a certain rate or level; in reference to Dominica, question is how can what one does not have be maintained?

The most misused overused term in the world these days is “sustainable”. When you don’t know what to say, just say it’s “sustainable”.

Sinach knows she does not represent Dominica or Christ in this deal but represents the corruption of Skerrit and the DLP government just as Alireza Monfared knew he was not in love with Dominica as claimed by Skerrit but rather met a bird with similar feathers. I think that it is unfair to say “most Christians”. However, I see the point that you are trying to make, and the Bible does warn us against the increase of ‘false prophets’ in the last days.
