NYCD: [Press Release] Inauguration of National Youth Council 2023-2025 Executive

Roseau, Dominica –

The new leadership team of The National Youth Council of Dominica (NYCD) for 2023-2025 is prepared to be officially sworn in and take their oath of office. The incoming Executive was elected in March 2023 and was constitutionally mandated to undergo a three (3) month transitionary period, which has now concluded.

The 2023-2025 NYCD Executive will host the Official Inauguration Ceremony for 2023 under the theme “Our Youth, Our Council, Our Future” on Saturday, June 24th, 2023 at the Prevost Cinemall Ballroom from 5:00 PM.

The 10-member Executive who will be inaugurated is as follows:

President – Phael Lander

First (1st) Vice President –  Keanu Winston

Second (2nd) Vice President –  Wendy Wallace

Treasurer – Zorah-Marie Xavier

General Secretary – Noah Alfred

Assistant Secretary/Treasurer –  Tina Alfred

Communications Lead – Jermasha Mellow

Executive Committee Members –  Shemar Anil Etienne

Stephina Martin

Chairman of General Assembly – Ashfred Norris
