Prince Philip, the Greece-born royal who, as the husband of Queen Elizabeth II, was the longest-serving consort to a British sovereign, died Friday. He was 99.
“His Royal Highness passed away peacefully this morning at Windsor Castle,” the royal family announced. “Further announcements will be made in due course. The Royal Family join with people around the world in mourning his loss.”

@ Parallels – Anyone who believes in Christ is a Christian. Selassie was Orthodox Judeo-Christian himself. Now, if you going by religious doctrine, The Church of England is Anglican. Not Catholic, or 7th day or Pentecostal like the usual bible thumpers.

You don’t seem to be aware how many of the world’s people that this whole family have slaughtered. @J.John-Charles, it is so unfortunate that there is a very huge number of man, walking in their body without the Light of God in their soul –including those who claim to belong to Jesus, which is by mouth not of the heart.
People fail to understand that salvation is for those who are in their body, which happens by God’s Grace and their Faith in Christ Jesus. For that reason, many souls will leave that body of theirs in a state of darkness–O Lord!
That is the reason the apostle Paul has said to us through the Church of the Ephesians: “You were once darkness, but now you are Light in the LORD. Walk as children of Light” This walk must happen while we are in the body. The other side of the grave will only be for the judgment about that walk in the body.

It is a pity that Matt Peltier did not report on this when even our own Patricia Scotland, representing the Queen as head of the Commonwealth found time on BBC t.v. to pay her respects. Matt was preoccupied with monitoring the situation in St. Vincent. I know that is important too but the world, including Dominica is also affected by the death of Prince Philip, the husband of the Queen for more than 70 years. These days Matt seems to get his news second hand from DNO. Even a news conference by the UWP is not attended by him and he has to ask Curtis from DBS to confirm details to him. Matt should not have become involved in small politics like his local village council I believe because it stops him from being truly impartial.
These are the descendants of the same royal family that enslaved, raped, dehumanised our ancestors… yet we still show empathy towards them… more evidence of how lost we are!
Why would a publication dedicated to the culture of the descendants of slaves, pay homage to someone like this?
Something to note, he was good friends with (Jimmy Saville) who was a prolific and publicly known pedo who used his royal affiliation to avoid prosecution!
What do you know! It was just yesterday that the Queen suddenly occupied my thoughts, wondering how old she was because there is a connection between her crowning and my year of birth, that is the reason my name is Elizabeth.
I was saying that she had to be at least 25 years older than me–but I don’t know how old she was when she was crowned the Queen of England. I thought about her husband too, maybe that was the time he was about to leave his body.
There is a lot of connection between my Life and that of the Royal Family. They called me Elizabeth through the Queen. My son was born the same year that Prince Charles got married. Then Lady Dianna was buried on the same date that I was born. The Queen and I celebrated our Jubilee year in the same month Now the news about the passing of Prince Phillip the day after they both occupied my mind–I wonder what does it all mean?

You, for your own good, don’t wait for, When you die, it will be too late. Accept the Lord Jesus as your Saviour now. His death on the cross was for you, yes for your sins. Today is prince Philip, tomorrow could be your turn.
Only one life it will soon be past.
