The Princess of Wales is receiving cancer treatment

Princess Kate Middleton explains in a video released today that she has been diagnosed with cancer

After months of speculation over her absence from public life and even being accused of altering one of the few photos released during her  non-appearance, Kate Middleton ,the Princess of Wales, has confirmed that she is undergoing cancer treatment, according to an ABC report.

Middleton stated in a public video published on Friday that she is undergoing chemotherapy, two months after receiving abdominal surgery.

King Charles (her royal father-in-law) is also undergoing treatment for cancer.

The revelation has sparked an outpouring of support online in a response to the video which has brought to an end to the question of what happened to one of the most famous and publicly photographed royals.
