A Tropical Storm Warning and Hurricane Watch are in effect for Dominica as Hurricane Tammy approaches. The full effects of the system are expected late tonight or early Saturday morning.

Well, such are the best resilient roads built in the universe!
Then again since Dominica is the first and only resilient country on planet earth, with the only model and technology of building resilient roads and houses; and since we don’t have any other such resilient roads to compare ours with.
We don’t know if ours have passed the test of time!
I wonder if the damage seen are from the roads bending and returning to their original form since that is the definition of resilient or resiliency!
Perhaps Roosevelt did not test the roads as he tested the resiliency of his buildings he recently gave away oui!
