Why go to St.Lucia to launch a DOMINICAN tourism product? ( just about the only decent tourism product). A press tour throught the other islands can be great for marketing, but LAUNCHINNNNNGGGG????

Every year DFC does a terrible job with this festival roll-out.
Release the full line-up at the festival launch. You ever hear of a music festival where they want you to buy tickets BEFORE the announce the artists? This isnt Fyre festival!

Actually this isnt DFC. Creole fest is being done by the Ministry of Tourism. I dont think DFC staff is part of any of this. Its the Ministry of Tourism with their own “task force”. While you may see some from DDA, actual DFC staff doesnt seem to be part of this. Lets see how it turns out.
