I just learned today (8/30/2019) of the passing of Claudius. I suspected something had happened because he didn’t respond to a text I sent to him telling him of the passing of my wife on May 15th. I’m am so blessed to have met him when we presented him with a set of drums when he was 16. We gave him another set a few years ago from Blue Star Connection and I always stayed in touch with him. Condolences to Eddie and to Claudius’ beautiful lady, Taylor. I will never forget him!

Claudy RIP. I remember my great days listening to you speak with such great intelligence at the Treasury. You were our gem. My condolences to you Eddie and family. GOD is all knowing.
Oh my sweet cousin I wish I could be there today. It’s a truly sad day for my family. Sleep in perfect peace
I offer my sincere condolences to Eddie Angol and his family on behalf of his son. I remember Eddie quite well having been a source of encouragement to their dynamic and unforgettable gospel music group the Endtimes singers back in the nineties on the island of Dominica. It really saddens my heart reading this although I never knew his son. Eddie may the grace of The living God be increased to you all for comfort and strength in this your time of bereavement.
Eddie, Lize, Miss Jonah, Julie. My prayers of encouragement, love, and strength are with you. I was utterly devastated by the news. I last saw Claudie in Atlanta in mid March 2019 while conducting a music workshop at the church in Atlanta where he and a few other Dominican musicians attend. We spoke a lot about music and he got on the drums and I on keys and we did a lil ting. He was an excellent drummer and knew what he wanted to do professionally. I had the privilege of playing along with Eddie ( bassist par excellence) in END TIME SINGERS for over 5 years and for a short while, VISIONEERZ. Claudie had no choice but to be good at what he does too, musically. He will be sorely missed by all of us but be comforted to the fact that he is in a better place. God has it all under control.
Be encouraged. God bless.
Eddie and family sorry for your loss. Not sure what happened to this young promising Dcan but take comfort knowing he is in a better place. May he Rest In Eternal Peace among the ancestors.
On behalf of my family, thank you all for your support, prayers and encouragement.
We are grateful to have had him for twenty four years.
God is with us during this period of sadness.
Eddie, hold on strong…God knows everything and doeth all things well. One day we’ll understand it better. To Liz and granny, condolences. I remembered his birth in 1994 very clearly and his days at preschool with my daughter, who is also a musician. May the Good Lord give you much needed strength at this time.
In our prayers.
My deepest and heartfelt condolences go out to the family and friends of this gifted, talented and resilient young Brother who persevered in spite of personal challenges and travails.
Fellow DNO posters, here is a link to access a very informative and insightful recent interview with Mr. Angol who by all indications was destined to shine brightly:
