Six sisters: Angel, Clemen, Leoncia and Ivillia Seaman, Valentina Thomas, Menevra Toetoe

Three brothers: Royer & Michael Seaman, Armour Paul

Sisters-in-law: Maria Hillie Bogart, Doreen Austrie,

Brothers-in-law: Philbert Victor, Sebastien Royer, Cyprian Thomas

Eight grandchildren: Denzel Sebastian, Kelannie Alexis,

Terick, Samir, Sana Victor and Sura, Kailo, J’den Robinson

Twenty-four nieces including, Merlyn Thierry-Bellefont, Margaret Seaman Rabess, Bridgette and Cordelia Paul, Elma Victor and Rosita Seaman

Twenty-one nephews including, Mc Clean, Marcus and Osborne Romain and Robert Seaman

Four God children: Kisha Lamothe, Stacy Bruney, Roma Peter, Jordane Charles

Many grand nieces and nephews too numerous to mention

Close family and friends to include the Honorable Reginald Austrie and Martha Austrie, Father Elveau Augustine, Anita and Unella Joseph, Joan Victor and family, Kenty Casey, Miranda Romain, Johnson and Gertrude Anthony, Pastora Valerie, Joan Prevost, Janet Victor and family, Clinton Daniel, Dave Daniel, Paul Lamothe, Julie and Cuthbert Daniel, Francois George, Valina Daniel, Octavious and Lawrence John, Agnes Pierre-louis, Roselyn Belle, Helena Edward, Francis Valentine & family, Ernie Cornelius, Niomi Issac, Andrea Peter, Daniel Abbey, Justina Lamothe, Rosy Lawrence, Sandra Andre, Casimir Morvan, Patsy Andre, Jenner Vital, Tessa Charles, Gyme Campbell and Beatrice Daniel. The entire Seaman, Victor and Valerie families at home and abroad.

She will also be remembered by The Romain, Daniel, Dubois, Mason, Francis, Casey, Austrie, Royer, Azille and Belle families of Cottage and environ.

Relatives and friends in New York to include, David, Olivia and Jose George and family, Texo Joseph, Troy Royer, Charlesworth Mills, Crispine Rodney, Ermine “Dado” Hyacinth, Annie Valerie, Bernadette Vital, Kendell Constance, Elaine Baron, Francine Valentine and family.

The entire communities of Cottage, Toucarie, Savanne Paille, Morne-A-Louis, Capuchin, Portsmouth, Penville and Vieille Case, The St. Vincent the Paul Society and Council of Aging.

Other friends and relatives too numerous to mention.


Funeral Service:  Saturday 20th November 2021 at St. Frances of Rome’s Church, 761E & 236st Bronx New York, 10466

Service: 11:00 a.m.

Memorial Mass and Burial for the late Marcelline Nee Seaman Victor will follow in Dominica at a subsequent date.

    I met her, her husband, Annette and Annette’s little one. We would break bread and celebrated with them on several occasions. Wonderful people, very pleasant, consider myself blessed to have known her. To the family I wish you strength, comfort, peace in this your time of sorrow.
    May she RIP with her ancestors.
