He is preceded in death by his mother Annie Christmas and his Father Andrew Wallace, he leaves to mourn his spouse Sarah Jane Skeritt Wallace, daughters Beatrice Baron, Vincia Benjamin in Dominica and Beverley Carbon in the United States; sons : Augustus, Kenneth, Glenn, Olson, Berle, Ronald, Randolph, Mervyn and Dave Wallace all in the United States; sons in law : Abraham Baron, Edward Benjamin in Dominica and Vivian Carbon in the united states; daughter’s in law: Idona, Joan, Allison, Rachael, Hyma, Joyce,Monica, Ruth and Rosemond Wallace all in the United State; brother: Japhet Wallace of Woodfordhill, 33 Grandchildren including Nigel Williams, Edvin and Edphil Benjamin, Leslie-Anne Waldron, Carol Morancie, Jeff Baron , Len Wallace and Berle Wallace junior; adopted grandaughters: Clarise and Clarisa Joseph, 21 Great grandchildren; nephews: Eddie, Whitfield, Elton and Ralph Wallace, Nieces: Nethelia, Reginia, Veronica, Annette, Josette Matthew , June and Julie Anne Laudat; cousin: Viola Joseph, the Christmas Family, the entire Wallace Family in Dominica, the Seventh day Adventist family , other special friends, relatives and well wishers too numerous to mention.
The funeral service for the late Philsbert Wallace of Wesley will be held at the Central Seventh day Adventist church in St. Croix at 10 am on Sunday February 24th 2013 and interment will be at the Kingshill Cemetery.

The photo brings back so many memories of my child hood days. He has passed up and down my street so many times to attend church activities. Was always cheerful looking and had a unique voice. Condolences to the entire family, may the good Lord strengthen you all in this of bereavement.

I grew up three houses down the street from his home, I know him all of his life, he was a very skilled craftsman, Carpenter, and Joiner, he was gregarious or shal I say civic-minded; he built just about anything that could be produced from wood, my greatest surprise is that I did not know he was related to my aunt Viola Joseph, I know I am related to his wife Sarah.
And so my condolences goes out to the surviving family, Ron, and Joyce, I hope to visit with you on my return from Canada, and Miami on my way back lateer in the summer.

Nonetheless my condolences to the bereaved families. I knew him well and his families. While in St Croix, I had planed to go and visit him but that plan never came through.
He also had a brother in Woodford Hill, who has gone to the great beyond
