This is just the reason why I asked about the necessary criteria need to be represented as personality of the week on DNO. You guys seem to forget this media format is accessible by others the world over. You are forever doing the lovely beautiful people of this great land a disservice with your ridiculous outburst or failure to see reason with other people’s point of view.
With so many of our young people needing guidance and positive role models, what logic is there in putting forward someone who thinks Little Wayne is a role model (for those of you who aren’t aware, Little Wayne is a drug addict, who advocates the mistreatment of women and currently serving time for gun possession.) Is that what/who we really want our children to look up to or become?
… A beautiful smile and popular sibling doesn’t make you personality of the week. Why don’t we feature those who serve our community at home and abroad? Or young people making remarkable strides against all odds?
